You must provide accurate checkout information, including a valid email address and the correct Roblox username. A phone number may be requested or accepted where the checkout flow supports it, but it is not always required.

Order updates, delivery instructions, receipts, support replies, and risk-review messages may be sent to the email address connected with the order. If you do not respond to delivery attempts or support requests, fulfilment may be delayed.

Guest and account orders are both supported. Registered accounts may see more order history, recovery, ticket, and reward features than guest checkout customers.

You must have permission to use the payment method used at checkout. RobloxPets may delay, cancel, refund, or manually review an order if payment, account, order, IP, or transaction signals suggest unauthorised use, fraud, chargeback risk, or policy abuse.

Payment providers, banks, card networks, PayPal, WooCommerce, fraud tools, or RobloxPets staff may carry out checks before delivery. These checks may affect delivery timing and do not guarantee that an order will be approved.

If a payment is disputed, reversed, charged back, or reported as unauthorised, RobloxPets may use order records, support history, delivery logs, screenshots, timestamps, and video evidence to respond.

Delivery times vary by game, item availability, staff queue, stock position, fraud or risk review, Roblox platform behaviour, private-server access, trading limits, and your availability. We do not promise instant delivery or a fixed delivery window unless a specific written promise is shown for that order.

You may need to add an assigned delivery account, join a specific game or private server, enable joins or trades, be online at the right time, follow the order page instructions, and accept the correct trade or gift.

RobloxPets will never ask for your Roblox password. If anyone claiming to be RobloxPets asks for your password, do not share it and contact support through the website.

Your Roblox account must be able to receive the relevant delivery. This can depend on account age, trading permissions, privacy settings, in-game restrictions, platform limits, moderation status, or game-specific requirements.

If your account is blocked, restricted, underage for a game feature, unable to trade, unable to join, or otherwise not eligible for the required delivery method, staff may ask you to resolve the issue or provide another eligible username before delivery can continue.

Private servers, staff accounts, and delivery sessions are used for order fulfilment only. You should leave once your delivery is complete unless staff ask you to stay for a specific reason.

Do not harass staff, abuse other customers, attempt unauthorised trades, disrupt a delivery session, impersonate staff, or rejoin delivery servers after completion. RobloxPets may refuse support, cancel access, ban users from servers, or restrict future orders for abusive conduct.

Do not give staff extra items during a delivery unless staff explicitly ask as part of the order method. If unwanted items are sent, we may attempt to return them, but cannot guarantee recovery if the game or customer action prevents it.

Cancellation or refund requests should be made through support as soon as possible. Requests are easier to review before delivery has started or completed.

Because fulfilment involves digital, in-game delivery and staff time, completed deliveries are generally not refundable. RobloxPets may still review undelivered orders, duplicate payments, confirmed fulfilment errors, or exceptional cases through support.

RobloxPets may record delivery evidence, including screenshots, timestamps, order notes, staff assignment records, support messages, and video clips where needed. This evidence helps resolve disputes, delivery questions, chargebacks, and fraud reports.

You are responsible for entering the correct Roblox username, monitoring your email and order page, following delivery instructions, keeping your account settings compatible with delivery, responding to reasonable support requests, and treating staff respectfully.

You should not share order links, private server details, staff account details, support ticket content, or delivery instructions with people who are not involved in your order.

You are responsible for following Roblox platform rules and the rules of the game where delivery takes place. RobloxPets cannot control moderation decisions, platform outages, trade limits, game updates, or developer changes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
