We aim and strive to provide the best prices and service to our customers, whilst maintaining small profit margins for our services.
Buyers must provide a valid email address and phone number (optional). We will attempt to contact you daily via various email addresses to arrange the delivery of your items. If we do not hear back from you within 30 days, it will be your responsibility to contact us.
Ensure you have permission to use the payment method (credit card or PayPal account) for your purchase. Roblox Pets is not responsible for unauthorized use of payment methods. In such cases, it is up to the owner's bank or local police to recover the funds.
We offer a Money-Back Guarantee for all purchases. This guarantee is strictly limited to cancellations made prior to delivery. Once the item(s) have been delivered to the Buyer, no refunds or returns will be processed. All Items Delivered are Recorded using Screenshots and Video Capturing Software to protect both the buyer and seller.
All Roblox accounts must be in good standing and be at least 3 months old to purchase any items from Roblox Pets.
This is mentioned at the checkout, and you must confirm this before leaving your cart and making payments. Any transactions made by account holders under this threshold will be cancelled with immediate effect and without recourse.
When making payments to the Roblox Pet Shop, you are paying for our services only. No digital goods are sold directly through us. The payment covers our services, which include sourcing items and the time spent on the process. Once sourced, the item is donated to you directly in-game for FREE. Points are only available to registered members when making a purchase, and these points can be used for discounts on future purchases. Non-members are not eligible for the points scheme and will not have access to any discounts or rewards associated with it at anytime.
Our Servers
Our server is used exclusively for the transfer of items. After receiving your items, you must leave the server promptly. Rejoining the server after your transfer is complete may result in a ban.
Abuse of staff will not be tolerated. If other customers are in the server, any abuse or unauthorized trading will result in a permanent ban.
Our accounts are strictly for the transfer of purchased items. We do not trade items for anything else.
Do not give us any items during the transfer process. If you do, we will attempt to return them. If not accepted, they will be deleted permanently.
Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your items. During working hours, you will typically receive an email with our server details within 5 minutes. If you do not receive this email within 30 minutes, check your junk/spam folder.
