After completing your purchase, you just need to follow these simple steps:

1. Enter your username - Provide the correct username at checkout
2. Add our assigned delivery account - Accept the friend request, or send one to it
3. Join the server - Join the assigned private server or delivery account
4. Receive your items - You'll be traded/gifted upon joining the server!

Most orders are delivered within 5 minutes to an hour during active hours. Delivery times may vary depending on:

• Staff availability
• Order volume
• Priority status

If your order exceeds the estimated time, do not hesitate to contact support. You'll also see an estimated delivery period on the 'Order Received' page; if you are logged in, you can view your orders and their respective pages here.

Contact support immediately through any of our contact methods and include:

• Your order number
• The correct and updated roblox username

If the order hasn't been delivered yet, we can quickly update it for you.

Once your order has been marked as complete and delivered, the order cannot be cancelled nor can the item be returned.

If delivery has not been complete yet, you are able to request an order cancellation through by contacting our support team and we'll get it done as soon as possible.

Priority Delivery moves your order ahead in the queue for faster processing and completion.

It does not guarantee instant delivery, but it does significantly reduce waiting time.

To ensure fairness, Priority Delivery cannot be purchased and can only be obtained as an award from our wheel spin system.

All payments are processed securely.

Card payments may take a moment to process depending entirely on your bank. PayPal payments create a 'Pending Order' once the PayPal button is clicked, and transitions into 'Processing' once you complete the payment.

If it remains as 'Pending Payment' for an extended period after paying, you can reach out to us, or your bank if we are unable to resolve it.

Due to the nature of digital items, refunds are only available if:

• The order has not been delivered
• There was a confirmed issue or error on our side

Delivered items are non-refundable.
