Delivery time depends on staff availability, order volume, and in-game trading conditions. Your order tracker will show the current delivery status when updates are available.

Open a support ticket with your order number and the correct username. If delivery has not completed yet, staff can review whether it can be rerouted.

Cancellation is usually possible before delivery begins. Once items are delivered, contact support so we can review the situation fairly.

Priority Delivery marks your order for priority staff review during busy periods. It does not guarantee instant delivery and does not require your Roblox password.

Full payment details are handled by secure payment processors. Support staff can see order information, not your full card details.
