Refund Policy

Once items, value, or the ordered in-game benefit have been delivered, claimed, traded, gifted, or otherwise completed in-game, the order is generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Digital and in-game deliveries usually cannot be returned to their original state after completion. For that reason, completed deliveries are treated differently from physical goods.

RobloxPets may refuse a refund where delivery evidence confirms completion, where a customer accepted the correct delivery, or where the request is inconsistent with order, ticket, or delivery records.

Delivery times can vary by game, item availability, staff queue, Roblox platform behaviour, private-server access, trading limits, payment checks, fraud review, and customer availability.

If RobloxPets cannot complete the order safely or within the stated delivery window, staff may offer cancellation, refund review, replacement, partial resolution, store-supported credit, or another reasonable outcome depending on the order state.

A delay by itself does not always mean an order is refundable. We will review whether delivery remains possible, whether customer action is needed, and whether the order has already entered a fulfilment stage.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct Roblox username, monitoring email and order updates, following delivery instructions, and keeping their Roblox account eligible for the relevant delivery method.

Orders may be delayed or cancelled if incorrect Roblox details, blocked joins, disabled trades, account restrictions, private-server issues, or customer non-response prevents safe delivery.

If delivery has not been completed, staff may be able to update details or reroute delivery. If incorrect customer details cause delivery to the wrong eligible account or prevent recovery after completion, a refund may be refused.

RobloxPets may delay, cancel, refund, or manually review orders where payment, order, account, IP, device, support, or transaction signals suggest unauthorised use, fraud risk, chargeback risk, or policy abuse.

Payment providers, banks, card networks, PayPal, WooCommerce integrations, fraud tools, and RobloxPets staff may carry out checks before delivery. These checks can affect delivery timing.

RobloxPets may refuse refunds in cases involving fraud, chargeback abuse, false claims, attempted scams, policy abuse, impersonation, abusive conduct, or attempts to exploit staff-assisted delivery.

RobloxPets may use delivery evidence to resolve refund requests, missing-item reports, payment disputes, and chargebacks.

Evidence may include order timestamps, delivery timestamps, screenshots, video clips, support ticket logs, staff assignment logs, in-game delivery records, private-server notes, account assignment records, and customer messages.

These records help protect both sides by showing what was ordered, what instructions were given, what staff attempted, and whether delivery was completed.

Open a support request through RobloxPets support and include your order number, checkout email, Roblox username, and a short explanation of the issue.

If the issue involves a delivery problem, include screenshots or clear details where helpful. Do not share your Roblox password. RobloxPets never needs your Roblox password for support, refunds, or delivery.

Staff may ask follow-up questions before deciding the outcome. Requests sent outside the official support route may take longer to review.

If a refund is approved, RobloxPets will submit it through the relevant payment provider where possible.

Approved refunds may take several working days to appear, depending on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, PayPal, wallet provider, currency, and local processing rules.

RobloxPets cannot usually speed up bank or payment-provider posting times after a refund has been submitted.

RobloxPets may refuse refunds, restrict support access, cancel pending orders, or limit future purchases where we identify abuse of this policy.

Examples include false non-delivery claims, chargeback abuse, repeated payment disputes after confirmed delivery, abusive behaviour toward staff, attempted scams, impersonation, or attempts to receive additional items without payment.

Policy abuse may also be considered when reviewing future orders, manual risk checks, support priority, and server access.
