How To Claim Your Order

Follow these simple steps to claim and receive your order quickly and securely!

STEP 1

Add The Delivery Account

Make sure to add the correct account that you'll be receiving the items from. This will be stated in the support method used (i.e. email, live chat & more).

STEP 2

Join The Correct Roblox Game

You can feel free to join your own private server or the one which is provided upon purchasing. Also, please ensure that your join permissions are enabled.

STEP 3

Accept The Trade Request

You will receive a trade request from the added account shortly after joining the server. Make sure that you accept this trade, as your items will be delivered from there.

STEP 4

Enjoy Your New Items Instantly

You're all set! Once the trade is complete, your purchased pets, gems or rewards will be in your account instantly. You can now jump back into the game and enjoy!

TIP: If you make an order while logged in, you can view your existing and previous orders from your account dashboard!
