After completing your purchase, you just need to follow these simple steps:

  1. Enter your username – Provide the correct Roblox username at checkout.
  2. Add our assigned delivery account – Accept the friend request, or send one if instructed.
  3. Join the server – Join the assigned private server or delivery account.
  4. Receive your items – You will be traded or gifted once you join.

Most orders are delivered within 5 minutes to 1 hour during active hours. Delivery time can vary depending on:

  • staff availability
  • order volume
  • priority status

If your order exceeds the estimated time, contact support. You may also be able to check your order status through My Account or our order tracking flow.

If the order has not been delivered yet, we can usually update it quickly.
